The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, promotes a strong safety culture at project sites, and minimizes risks to manpower, machinery, and materials

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures as per statutory and company requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws, labor regulations, and local authority guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on safety compliance.
• Conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and mock drills.
• Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports.
• Assist in emergency preparedness, fire safety, and disaster management planning.
