Lagoon is a project to break the line between a first home and your second . Your homes in a tropical cove . Designed in a  Neo Bali style of architecture that celebrates the Buddhist  philosophy of inclusivity and oneness .
The masterplan has a circumventing forest trail and the centre shaped into a tropical landscaped lake. Villas have open green spaces at both ends and exotic waterfronts. The central lake connects the necklace of villas around. 2 levels of built masses are contained within the forest foliage.

The guest and community facilities are studded within this tropical lake side. Every home has been provided with graceful off street car parking catering to social gatherings. Islands, rockscapes, falls, trails, decks , pavilions , biodiversity , etc. would weave a destination unparalleled .
